An original Saeyang head with a tube designed for the Marathon Cyclone podiatry drill. The BHM40P head is fitted with an integrated dust extraction system, which helps to minimise the spread of dust whilst performing podiatry treatments. The included tube forms part of the system for extracting the dust. The set is designed as a replacement part for the Marathon Cyclone mill, allowing for the efficient replacement of a worn or damaged component.

Note: For the dust extraction system to work properly, it is important to use bits and accessories that do not block the air flow in the head. Using full-surface tips (e.g. discs without ventilation holes) may reduce the effectiveness of the absorber and lead to overheating of the device.
